Can you and should you use a Li-Ion battery?

A Li-Ion battery is completely different from a NiMH battery. A Li-Ion battery is lighter weight, and performs at a higher operation voltage (14.4 volts versus 9.6 volts with a NiMH battery). Therefore, when you use a Li-Ion battery, the run time will be a great deal longer.
